Records of the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society's Pioneer Family Certificate program. Under this program, applicants with ancestors who had settled in Wisconsin at least 100 years earlier received century or pioneer certificates. The records consist of applications, charts, and other genealogical information.

The records are arranged by a "contact number" given the applicant. Volumes 1 through 3 of "Some Pioneer Families of Wisconsin: An Index," edited by Betty Patterson, contain more information on the project and includes an index to the pioneer settlers' names which provides the contact number.
