Clerk's handwritten record book containing records of chattel mortgages, highways, school district changes, and bills of sale. Chattel mortgage records include mortgage date, file date, mortgagor, mortgagee, some descriptions of the mortgaged property with what appears to be the amount of the mortgage, and some notations as to transfer, release, or renewal of the mortgage. Highway records note construction as ordered by the Town Board of Supervisors upon petition; description of public hearing preceding decision including damage payments where applicable; location of ordered highway; and date of decision.

Records of school district changes as ordered by the Town Board of Supervisors, include school attachments, creation of new school districts, location, effective date, and order date. Bills of sale include date, name of seller and buyer, description of property sold, and cash amount involved.
