A record of the towns, theaters, dates, and prices (with occasional played and earned figures) for films exhibited between 1919-1941. The contracts generally are recorded by exchange and thus enable easy comparison of films in different sections of the country. The early registers also contain brief notations with reference to theaters closing or changing hands, mention of canceled showings or reduced rates, and occasional recordings of censored films.
