Correspondence and memoranda of the division's industrial development specialists; maps and drawings of industrial sites; clippings; brochures; printed reports issued by local government and existing industries; and statistical data sheets about communities, transportation facilities, potential employees, and specific sites. Some data sheets are illustrated with original photographs of industrial sites and existing factories and warehouses. Although the majority of the correspondence with community business leaders is handled by the industrial development specialists, during the early 1960s many letters to and from David Carley and Frank Zeidler, directors of the Department of Resource Development, are included.
