Papers about the woman considered to have founded the first dairy cooperative in Wisconsin. Included are clippings and a program relating to the centennial of that event held in Ripon in 1940 and recollections of Anne and Armine Pickett prepared for this event by their grandson Jasper Pickett and a transcription of an 1878 address about them to the Wisconsin Dairymen's Association by their son James G. Pickett. The cooperative produced butter and cheese from the surplus milk of several farmers near Lake Mills, Wis.
