Papers concerning Kenosha Auto Workers leader Paul Russo and United Automobile Workers Local 72 at the Nash Motor Company, Kenosha, Wisconsin. Included is a transcript of a 1960 interview made by Jack W. Skeels of Wayne State University with Russo on the organization of auto workers, particularly in the Nash plant from 1928 to 1947; Russo's first membership book and working card for UAW Federal Labor Union No. 19008; and a 1932 yearly earnings statement for Lawrence Michel, an assembler at Nash. Russo served as president of Local 72 from 1940 to 1943.
