Annual reports from each county circuit court clerk giving statistics on how many cases were begun during the year, number by type of crime, number tried by or without a jury, and the number of convictions, acquittals, not contested, dismissed, discontinued, or pending at the end of the year. In answer to a questionnaire from the governor, the reports for 1921-1923 include statistics on the type of place to which the convicted person was sent, number of convictions resulting in fines or probation, number on trial because of violation of liquor laws, and related convictions by type of offense.
