"Printed by Harold McGrath ... The types are Poliphilus and Blado with Wilhelm Klingsporschrift, composed and cast at the type foundry of Michael and Winifred Bixler, Skaneateles, New York. Considerable hand composition was done by Arthur Larson and Chase Twichell at the Press. The book was printed on Pulegium, an archival paper manufactured to our specifications by the Strathmore Paper Company, Woronoco, Massachusetts ... The calligraphy on the spine of the book is the work of Yvette Rutledge"
