20 x 28 cm. 25pp. on 25ff. Thin paper with holograph text and affixed clippings of images to either recto or verso of leaves, the whole tied with a pink ribbon. Five leaves detached at rear; all leaves brittle, with several having chipping and/or tears to edges and some marginal loss; light toning throughout. Good. (1755)An apparently original amateur holograph poem, illustrated with numerous clippings cut from magazines and newspapers of the time and signed and dated on the last page: "Sammie[? indecipherable/affected by chipping], 7-7:30 AM, Wed. Nov. 12, 1902." The poem narrates a party being held at Old Snow Pond (possibly Snow Pond, in Maine), with great detail paid to the various preparations involved and the guests.
