Wah (Lau) is a superbly gifted ballroom dance instructor who appears to be kindhearted, but in reality, he is a mean and stingy crook. With dwindling attendance at his studio, Wah is therfore overjoyed to have rich social queen Tina (Mui) as his latest student. At the same time frugal and dull-looking waitress Kam (Ng) also joins Wah's dance class. Only one of them will eventually change Wah's life, and make him realize that dancing is much more than just making money.
