As part of the continuing study, additional hydraulic analysis and physical modeling were recommended by the consultant. This Report presents results of analyses and modeling. The scope of work was as follows: 1) Additional wave studies were conducted... 2) The harbor was physically modeled in plan view (three-dimensional modeling) to investigate the effects of wafe diffraction... and wave reflection within the harbor... 3) The existing breakwater cross sections were physically modeled (two-dimensional modeling) in order to properly define modified sections sufficient to prevent damaging wave overtopping into the harbor."--p. 1.
