Elizabeth Krueger Kraus was a cook for the Bradley family of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Included in this archive are a copy of the Settlement cookbook, [ca. 1907] with many receipes written in and pasted in, a manuscript cookbook with holograph and printed recipes, loose printed and holograph recipes, and a portrait of Krueger as a young woman. Included are menus for various occasions at the Bradley house. Accompanying material includes a memoir of Kraus' cooking by a relative (6 half pages, holograph) All has been scanned, except the printed part of the Settlement cook book.
