- Leaves A6, D7, H4, I6 and R6 are cancels. There also appears to have been another leaf inserted before the title page [par.]2 and before leaf [par.]8, but this has been removed except for a fragment which remains in the spinal fold.
- The volume also contains words in the text which have been pasted over with printed text containing revised words. On leaf A8 recto, line 12: "towres"; leaf B4 verso, line 28: "kings"; leaf C1 verso, last line: "porters"; leaf D2 verso, line 19: "quatro ojos".
- Page 373 misnumbered "375" and p. 421 misnumbered "401".
