This charmingly illustrated log book of Preston Reynolds chronicles the canoe trip he made with three other Madison, Wis. boys in 1903. Illustrated with many pen and ink and wash drawings, this book is a long time favorite and is used frequently by high school and undergraduate students. The volume is held by the Wisconsin Historical Society and the pages were transcribed by a graduate English class at UW-Oshkosh.
