listed by the Departaent of Defense as still missing and unaccounted
for since the »orean hostilities.

it should be noted thet Mrs. Jacobs believes that the President may
have known both her husband, vest Chute Jacobs, est .’oint Class of ‘05,
and her brother, Colonel dalsey Dunwoody, when they were instructors at
iest Point. No reference to this has been included in the suggested

reply.
