Dear Dean Spring:
Your plan for the Boosevelt Station is clear, but
it proceeds on the premise that directorship material is
available. If your sights are high, I question that premise.
You ay bae to "get along" with some kind of tomoorary
expedient pending the training of younger and unseasoned
ability. Wing is decidedly in this class in ag opinion.
The purpose of this letter is not to reopen the
question, but merely to explain what I was driving at.
