Summary

• The exterior of this pot is coated with a purple-brown engobe and decorated with green and reddish-orange slip. The interior has a clear lead glaze. The stylized leaf and flower decoration on the front and back panels is related to that on several pieces of slipware from the St. Asaph’s tradition as is the cruciform motif. One handle is restored.
