CONSOLIDATION OF THE DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF MANITOWOC
The first attempt to consolidate the schools of the city of Manitowoc and
to establish a central high school was made in i869, but when put to a vote
it
signally failed.
In the spring of i904 the second attempt to consolidate the districts was
made. The main issue at this regular spring election was the consolidation
