  Of the 71 answers to the questionnaire, 
64 were from Missouri schools, and 7 
from schools in Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, 
Mississippi, Kentucky, Kansas, and Ne- 
braska. 
  For the sake of convenience, the data 
are recorded in the form of total positive 
and total negative replies to each ques- 
tion. Owing to the fact that some of the 
questions were left unanswered by some 
of the collaborators, the sum of the nega- 
tive plus positive replies does not always
