• St. John's Lutheran Church (302 North Parker Drive) is the third church this congregation has built on this site.The first church was built by the 23 family membership prior to 1890 for about $300. The second building was erected when the congregation numbered 300 in November of 1913. The cost was around $22,000. The existing church (as of 2005) was built in May of 1965.
