590, Laws of 1965, to implement Title 19, Federal Social Security Act of
1965, extending health services to medically
   indigent. An annually adjusted formula determines cost sharing between
state and federal government. (Effective October 1, 1996: Wisconsin's share,
41%; Federal share, 59%.)
