Dorothy Crain recollects the life of 95 year old Nettie Blair. A teacher and a life-long avid reader and library user, Mrs. Blair often frequented the old Carnegie Library located on the corner of 8th and Chicago streets.|00:00:00-Part 1 No introduction. Mrs. Blair spoke of the old library built in 1900 on 8th & Chicago streets. The County Normal School held classes on the 2nd floor until the new north side building was built.
