Summary: Dressed as Uncle Sam, Two Rivers City Manager H.J. Rath joined second grader Robbi Stangel and Robbi's teacher, Mrs. Clark Shoblaska, for Red, White and Blue Day at Magee Elementary School.

The teacher initiated the patriotic day as a way to participate in the country's bicentennial in 1976. Many local citizens dressed in red, white and blue to join in the school's celebration.
