Fragment of a stūpa storey, circular in plan. The base consists of two curved steps but is otherwise undecorated. The figured frieze, based on a plain fillet, is filled with seated Buddha figures, hands in dhyānamudrā, alternating with stylized trees. Nine Buddha figures remain on this fragment. Above them is a plain fillet surmounted by a row of cyma reversa rackets with vertical central grooves directly under the molded cornice.
