The screen at the north end of the transept has three openings with a pair of trefoiled lancets on both side with a pierced quatrefoil between each pair of lancets. Surrounding the quatrefoils is flowing stiff-leaf foliage beneath the molded pointed arches. In the center is the doorway with a trefoiled opening and pierced trefoils and an eight-pointed star. The Purbeck marble shafts have outward extending stiff-leaf capitals. There are carved heads on the hood molding stops.
