White Lahu (Lahu Hpu) woman weaving in Houa Khong Province

  • A White Lahu (Lahu hpu) woman in the White Lahu village of Chalopha (PC 3837) in Houa Khong Province is weaving outside on her loom. During the colder months of January and February, weaving is done outside in order to take advantage of the warm sunshine. When the cloth has been woven, it will be made into clothing for women, men and children.
