Summary

• An unidentified boy holding a large cone of cotton candy stands in front of a refreshment stand at the Manitowoc County Fair. The vendor is partially visible on the other side of the stand's counter, and fairgoers and a merry-go-round appear in the background. The Manitowoc County Fairgrounds were located at 900 North Eighteenth Street in Manitowoc on the present site of Citizen Park. The back of this 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" snapshot is labeled with the title.
