LAND USE DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES, PRINCIPLES, AND STANDARDS
OBJECTIVE NO. 1
A balanced allocation of space to the various land use categories which meets the social, physical, and economic needs
of the regional population.
PRINCIPLE
The planned supply of land set aside for any given use should approximate the known and anticipated demand for
that use.
STANDARDS
1. For each additional 100 dwelling units to be accommodated within the Region at each residential density, the
following minimum amounts of residential land should be set aside:
