Mr. L.ewis Williams was one of the pioneer
citizens of the Town of Paris. lie was born in
Radnorshire, WVales, in 1820. Ie came to Ke-
nosha County with his father in 1842, took up a
section of government land and settled in the
Town of Paris, where he resided until the time
of his death, October 28, 1903,
