white pitch & bees wax of each the quan

and spread ym [them] on sheeps leather mad [made]

Take of Occio Crotia and
porricolleis of each 2d penyworth
melt them and spread them
as above mentioned and pen
disolve [dissolve] 1 peneyworh of Camphire [Camphor] in 3 of spirits

Take 2 peney worth of spike oyle [oil]
