  Wisconsin's leadership in dairying is being insured by the herds developed
by farm boys and young men studying vocational agriculture in high schools
and in young farmer classes. Methods indorsed by our experiment stations
and proven by use in our finest dairy herds are carefully studied and put
into practice on the home farm.


  Preserving the family food supply. Approximately 10,000 rural girls and
women study the art of food planning, food selection, and food preparation
each y ear in the 118 rural vocational homemaking departments.
