• Place of origin: Narmuthis.
• Condition of recto: A light-brown papyrus, regularly cut off at all sides.
• Condition of verso: There are traces of illegible letters. One vertical and one horizontal fold are still visible.
• Hands recto: Top margin is 1 cm; left-hand side margin is 2 cm. Between lines 19 and 20 is a free space of 5 cm. The text runs along the fibers. One vertical and one horizontal fold is still visible.
• Notes: This text was originally published by J. R. Knipfing, The Libelli of the Decian Persecution, The Harvard Theological Review, Vol. 16, No. 4 (Oct., 1923), pp. 345-390 = SB III 6826. The large number of persons signing this document is remarkable.
