A Yao (Iu Mien) village in the vicinity of Houei O (PC 2446) in Houa Khong Province showing a house and nearby home garden, with some Yao women and a man (on the ground) in front of the house, and three horses. The home garden is where the banana trees are growing. Various vegetables and tobacco are usually planted in the home garden. The pile of wood may be for house repairs and the branches behind the pile for firewood or perhaps for making repairs to the fence around the garden. The family dog is seen at the corner of the house.
