• Photograph showing supposed contact of deposits from the Iowan glacial stage with deposits from the Kansan glacial stage in a road cut near Hudson, Iowa. A pebble line marks the suspected contact. The geologists who observed this were apparently conflicted about this determination because because they found unweathered dolomite below the contact line. According to the album page caption, “The whole thing may be Iowan. Cable is up a stump and I sure am.”
