This Manitowoc River scene includes the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Corporation and Portland Cement Company, probably around 1946. There appears to be a car ferry in the shipyards being refitted. A long flat cement boat is at the Portland Cement Company. Donated by Mr. & Mrs. Ray E. Larson.
