• Condition of recto: A medium-brown papyrus: Piece I: regularly cut off at the top and partly so at the bottom. On the right there is a margin of over 2,5 cm, at the top one of 0,5 cm. ; Piece II: regularly cut off apart from the left-hand side. At the bottom there is a margin of 1 to 1,5 cm, at the top of 0,5 cm. ; Piece III: regularly cut off apart from the right-hand side. On the left there is a margin of 2 cm.
• Hands recto: The text runs along the fibers.
• Notes: Consists of 3 pieces of papyrus having belonged to a sheet which originally must have been bigger as it is proved by the last line of the receipt. Four receipts for poll-tax paid by different persons, but probably at the same date.
