LAWS RELATING TO ElEMPTION FROM FORCED SALE.

Any resblent iouseholder has an exemption from levy and sale under
execution, of real or personal property, or both, as he may select to the
value of 580. The law further provides that no property shall be sold
by virtue of an execution for less than two thids of its appraised cash
value. The provisions of this law can be waived in contracts. To do
this, the note or contract should read: "Payable  othout as  relief
whaetever from valutiton or appraUsement laws."
