Mr. Lap of the Laven village of Nam Tang was responsible for taking care of the cattle at Thong Pong Ling (XB 6181) in Attapu Province. The cattle, numbering about 150 head, were jointly owned by General Phasouk Rassaphak of Pakxe, Military Commander of Region IV, and Lt. Tong of Houei Kong. In 1970 Mr. Lap moved to Pakxe.
