RATES MUST BE ADEQUATE
Section 111. Any eompany which precipitates, or aids in
rlceip.ating or conducting a rate war and by so doing writes
or issues a policy of insurance at a less rate than permitted
under their schedules -filed with the commissioner, or below
the rate deemed by him to be proper and adequate to cover
the class risk insured, shall have its license, and those of its
agents, to do busitiess in this state, suspended until such time
as the commissioner is satisfied that it is charging a proper rate
tof premiumui.

Section. 1. Every corporation, association or bureau which
now exists or hereafter may be formed, and every person who
niaintains or hereafter may maintain a bureau or office, folr the
purpose of suggesting, approving or making rates to be used
by mnore than one underwiriter for insurance, or property or
risks of iny kind located in thi-i state, shall file with the insur-
amice.( coiniaiissioner a copy of the articles of agreement, associa-
tioni or incorporation and the by-laws and all amendments there-
to under which such person, association or bureau operates or
p)roposes to operate together nwith his. or its business address
and a list of the members or insurance corporations representedc
or to be represented by him. or it, as well as such other infor-
mation concerning such rating erganization and its operations
as may be required by the insurance eommissioner.
