The present products are C. C. ware and white granite.

The mark on their semi-granite ware is a winged lio in.
Their toilet services are designated h the liames Sydney,
LELAND,       "IelaIid." "Oregon." etc.

In 1874, Homer and Shakespeare Laughlin established a
pottery at East Liverpool, ( )hio, under the firm name of
Laughlin I]!ros. Firoimi 1879 Until 1897 the first named car-
ried on the business alone, and in the latter year the style
became the Hoimer Laughlin China Co. The products of
mHITE GRANIT!   this factory have been mainly white granite, although in later
years semi-vitreous china and higher grade wares have been
manufactured to some extent. The marks used at this estab-
lishment on white granite represent the supremacy of the
American Eagle over the IBritish Lion.
