Satiny blue quilted slippers

  • ca. 1900-ca. 1915
  • Satiny blue quilted slippers with a 2" slightly curved, fabric heel and a round toe. The sides have wing-like flaps across entire throat. The flaps, trimmed in blue, are covered with lace and embroidered pink, yellow, blue and green flowers. The tongue is made of the same fabric and folds over the vamp. The bottom of the sole is made of a soft suede-like leather.
