• Frank Sixta & Sons, 717 York Street since the 1890's, were importers and wholesale dealers in wines and liquors. Sixta was in business by 1875 and had a partner, Frank A. Arens, in the 1880's. In the 1890's his sons Edward, Emil, and Frank joined him and a Dr. Louis Sixta was company president in 1909.
