- Decoration: Painted. Main portion of bowl exterior depicts hunt scene with buildings, plants, and trees. Bowl interior shows Bacchus holding wine bottle and goblet and sitting astride a barrel within a grapevine border. Upper three sections of vessel banded with flowers, scrolls, lappets, and dots, with some of the banding echoed on the foot of the bowl. Interior of spice holder (the lidded, uppermost level) inscribed "EKE/1708."
