Kouns. The Era No. 10 ran in the Kouns Line, New Orleans-Red River. She was sold at a U. S. marshal sale at New Orleans, June 1873, to Captain T. L. Taylor, who ran her New Orleans-Boeuf River. Captain Tom L.Taylor was master, J. P. Mohr, clerk. During her first season she collided with the Era No. 9 at the mouth of Red River and was sunk on December 17, 1868. Raised, she later burned and was lost at Rayville, Louisiana, January 8, 1892
