Summary

• The arcade has two offset blind arcades with limestone shafts and abaci on the inner and Purbeck marble shafts and abaci on the outer. The inner capitals have large leaves on the stiff-leaf with smaller leaves on the outer ones. Angels and prophets are carved on the outer arcade spandrels and there is a row of dogtooth on the inner.
