Summary
In her 2024 interview with Sydney Anderson, Annette Stratman-Durrer shares her experiences working at DoIT and the different projects she’s worked on. Starting with her education and prior job experiences, she later goes on to talk about her work as a service team lead and her work on MyUW. Annette also talks about her work with the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee and UW WIT (Women in IT), and the importance of diversity in IT. She remembers her time at DoIT fondly, and talks about her memories with the DoIT Talent Show and the close connections she’s made during her time at DoIT. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the DoIT@30 Oral History Project for the UW-Madison Archives & Records Management oral history collection.
