  • Attributed to the Bethabara pottery during Rudolph Christ’s tenure as master. This bowl is coated with a white engobe and decorated with purple-brown and green slip in imitation of British tortoise-shell ware. It was recovered at the site of Rudolph Christ’s waster dump Bethabara.
