  • Description In Wisconsin, responsibility for redrawing legislative and congressional district lines rests with the legislature. The legislature is required to redraw legislative and congressional districts every ten years based upon the results of the decennial federal census. This website is a collection of redistricting resources including maps, geospatial data, and interactive web mapping applications. The Wisconsin State Legislature utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to facilitate the ability to manage, analyze, and improve delivery of services to citizens. Redistricting information from this site is available for download in the following formats: static maps (PDF), and digital geospatial data. This information can also be displayed via interactive web mapping applications.
