Description
Studies on Women and Gender Abstracts provides paragraph-long summaries of articles in a variety of English-language journals from around the world. The articles focus on education, employment, women in the family and community, medicine and health, female sex and gender role socialization, social policy, the social psychology of women, women's culture, media treatment of women, biography, literary criticism, and historical studies. Though some of the journals abstracted are entirely on women and gender, most are more general. For earlier years, see the print version and its earlier name, Studies on Women Abstracts.
