- The ACLS Humanities E-Book platform makes available approximately 4,700 works of major importance in the humanities. All parts of the world and all periods of history are included. The aim is to include "books that remain vital to both scholars and advanced students, and are frequently cited in the literature." ACLS Humanities E-Book works with both university presses and other publishers of scholarly and academic books to build its title list. Titles include monographs, collected essays and primary sources. You can search the whole collection or individual books, using words or phrases within the full text, title, subject, author, or publisher. Individual titles on the ACLS platform are also listed in the library catalog. (Updates vary as new titles become available.)
